hands‑on proficiency in Java 8 (and ahead), Spring Boot, Spring Integration, microservices, and REST API design, Microservices architecture and RESTful services, Solid understanding of design patterns, system design, and distributed systems, Ability to develop end to end solutions, apply design patterns, and make sound technical decisions with minimal guidance, Expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, query optimization, and integrating distributed systems, experience with SQL databases and database optimization, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to Angular or other modern front-end frameworks, Messaging systems (Kafka/Solace/MQ) and event-driven architecture, Experience working in the Banking / Financial Services domain
