Come  work on the Amazon Prime Air Team! Prime Air is seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Flight Monitor to join our dynamic team. This critical role is central to our commitment to delivering  packages safely, efficiently, and reliably through our advanced drone fleet.  The Flight Monitor will be responsible for real-time monitoring of drone flights, ensuring operational compliance, and maintaining the highest  standards of safety and efficiency. Key job responsibilities • Continuously monitor the status of all active drone flights within the  assigned region, utilizing our state-of-the-art monitoring systems.     • Ensure all drone flights comply with regulatory requirements and company  safety policies.   • Coordinate effectively with the relevant teams to implement immediate  response strategies to mitigate risks and resolve situations.   • Prepare and submit detailed reports on flight activities, incidents, and  anomalies. Provide feedback and insights to support continuous operational  improvement.   • Utilize excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
