Must Have
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, High School diploma or equivalent, Knowledge of weather patterns, Work flexible schedule/shift/work area, Carry/lift up to 50 lbs, Stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach, Travel up to 25% of the time, Experience interpreting flight monitoring systems, Experience with FAA regulations, Understanding and application of FAA regulations, Decode METAR readings, Interpret weather conditions, Recommend appropriate actions, Work in variable noise level environment, Work in variable temperature environment, Work outside in outdoor temperatures, Work in refrigerated environments, Demonstrated record of good attendance, Ability to consistently arrive on time
Nice to Have
Experience in aviation, Experience in drone operations, Experience in real-time monitoring role, Experience with technical record keeping, Experience with engineering record keeping, Excellent decision-making capabilities under pressure, Experience with risk assessment, Experience with risk mitigation, Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
