Deliver group therapy
Provide family therapy
Conduct treatment planning
Participate in treatment meetings
Collaborate with treatment team
Provide therapist coverage
Complete documentation
Participate in documentation audits
Communicate with outpatient team
Communicate with client's family
Provide updates to Utilization Review
Perform Peer to Peer reviews
Provide supervision for staff
Provide training to new staff
Maintain knowledge of mental health
Provide trainings in community
Speak with potential admissions
Assist client care techs
