What You'll Do.
Supervise lunch and break
Enforce SPARK's healthy food scheme
Use SPARK culture and behaviour management strategies
Supervise a class of students during aftercare
Plan engaging enrichment experiences for students
Ensure all aftercare resources are used responsibly
Communicate professionally with parents and line managers
Communicate and collaborate with school leaders and staff
Ensure safety of all scholars during aftercare
Follow network-wide procedures to scholar dismissal
Follow procedures for late pick-up
Assist with ad hoc tasks
Facilitate in the Learning Lab
Cover for absent staff
Participate actively in staff development opportunities
Conduct self in a professional manner
