We are looking for a Primary English Teacher for a bilingual school in Qingdao. This is a full-time position available from the upcoming academic year in August 2026. About the school This school stands as a distinguished institution within the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework, holding the prestigious status of an IB authorized school for the Diploma Programme. Additionally, the school proudly bears the title of a Candidate School for both the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP). Job responsibilities * Teach the subject of English to primary school students utilizing the IB PYP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience * Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments * Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum * Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve * Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers * Develop supportive and safe learning environments **Requirements** * Bachelor degree or above in the related subject * Teaching certificate * Two or more years teaching experience in the subject in higher education * Excellent communications skills * Good understanding of teaching in IB context **Benefits** * Monthly salary is range of 23,000 to 27,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications * Monthly housing allowance is 1,500 RMB * Fully paid summer and winter holiday * Public holiday * Flight allowance is up to 10,000 * Contract completion bonus * Free tuition for dependent child
