We are looking for a Primary School English ESL Teacher for a K12 school in Beijing. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year starting in August 2026. About the school It is a private boarding school offering A-level and AP curriculums. There are about 2300 students with ages ranging from 2 years to 18 years. It is a K-12 educational system which includes Kindergarten, Elementary School, Junior High School, Senior High School (Cambridge Center and AP Center) and the Chinese Center. Job responsibilities * Teach the subject of English ESL to Primary school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience * Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments * Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum * Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve * Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers * Develop supportive and safe learning environments **Requirements** * Bachelor degree or above in the related subject * Teaching certificate * Two or more years teaching experience in the subject * Excellent communications skills **Benefits** * Monthly salary of 21,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications * Monthly accommodation subsidy of 5000 RMB * Work subsidy before tax: RMB 80 per month * Holiday Bonus * Full or Part Payment for winter and summer vacation. * Insurance: Commercial insurance for the international department of public hospitals * Work visa sponsorship * Teacher training and promotion opportunities * Free Chinese lessons * For dependents: Tuition fee discount
