What They're Looking For.
Must Have
MD or DO from an accredited medical school, Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice, Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine, 2 years' experience managing high-acuity geriatric patients, Commitment to improving patient experience and outcomes, Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NPs) and Physician Assistant (PAs) with-in your assigned clinic
Nice to Have
Specialty training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, or Geriatrics, Experience working with senior populations or in Value-Based Care settings, Proficiency with electronic health records Athena Health and digital documentation
