Must Have
Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL, Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required, BLS/CPR certification required, Prior primary care APN/PA experience required
Nice to Have
Completion of master’s level program in specialty area preferred
What You'll Do.
Provide care to patients
Obtain detailed history
Perform physical examinations
Order diagnostic procedures
Instruct patients on therapeutic regimen
Collaborate with physicians
