Full Job Description
**The Opportunity** The customer is the focus of everything we do, and millions of end-users rely on our products daily. Pricing Specialist's primary role focuses on day-to-day processing of contract changes and updates, fee changes, revenue and discounts as well as preparing repricing letters for active contracts. The role also ensures the accuracy of these updates while meeting the agreed turnaround time for each business unit that we support. **Position Responsibilities:** * In charge of processing contract changes and updates in Pricing Central, New Business, US Inforce, and Canada Group Retirement Solutions (GRS) business units. * Responsible with the day-to-day processing of fee changes in Apollo and updating the required revenue and discounts in Salesforce. * Prepares repricing letters for active contracts in Signature, Marketing and Enterprise, Inforce, and Canada GRS proposals and contracts. * Ensures the accuracy of fee calculations using various pricing tools or models. * Works closely with North America Business Unit, Account Executives, Client Account Representatives (CAR), Sales Support Specialists, Advisor Support, Plan Implementation Managers (PIM), and Fee Associates in handling requests coming from their respective queues. **Required Qualifications:** * Strong analytical skills and attention to details * Possesses a strong sense of accountability and commitment to quality * Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to succinctly engage with business partners and team members * Strong capability to adhere to established procedures and protocols by reading and following process documents * Basic computer skills particularly with MS Outlook and MS Excel * Has no recent record of any performance and attendance issues nor any disciplinary actions received **Preferred Qualifications:**
