Through our brands Hempel, Neogard, Crown Paints, Wattyl and Farrow & Ball, we provide solutions for the Marine, Energy, Infrastructure and Decorative industries. **Summary** This role acts as the bridge between pricing execution and pricing strategy, supporting the region with pricing analysis, governance, and data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and ensure consistency with pricing policies. **Essential Responsibilities** * Analyze pricing performance across markets, customers, and segments to identify trends and gaps * Support assessment of price efficiency, margin performance, and discount levels * Monitor competitor activity and market pricing dynamics * Review and evaluate pricing requests and deviations, providing recommendations aligned with policy * Support sales teams in structuring pricing for opportunities and contracts * Ensure pricing changes are correctly implemented with Pricing Coordinators * Validate pricing accuracy and resolve complex pricing issues * Ensure adherence to pricing policies and escalate non-compliant cases * Identify margin improvement opportunities and pricing inconsistencies * Support pricing initiatives and improve tools, reports, and workflows **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field * Experience in pricing, commercial, or analytical roles * Possess strong analytical skills, are comfortable dealing with numerical data, and have strong attention to detail * Understanding of pricing concepts and commercial drivers * Strong stakeholder communication skills **Success Criteria** * Improved pricing consistency and reduced deviations * Increased mar
