We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Specialist to support pricing strategy, fee calibration, and commercial optimization initiatives. The role focuses on analyzing pricing performance, maintaining pricing frameworks, supporting cross-functional projects, and ensuring alignment between business, operations, and product teams. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and analyze pricing performance, customer behavior, and market trends. * Support delivery fee calibration and pricing optimization initiatives. * Prepare pricing recommendations based on data analysis and business impact. * Maintain pricing templates, trackers, and reporting dashboards. * Validate pricing configurations and ensure implementation accuracy. * Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis. * Track KPIs and provide insights to improve profitability and customer experience. * Ensure alignment with company pricing policies and strategic objectives. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Statistics, Finance, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in pricing, analytics, strategy, or commercial roles. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. * Experience with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization is a plus. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
