What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data, Experience in deal management and pricing strategy, or financial consulting, Experience working cross functionally across several teams, Experience in communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in Portuguese & English
Nice to Have
Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis, or experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field, Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis, Experience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniques, Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field, Experience designing incentive programs or performance-based compensation structures, Experience building pricing models, simulation tools, or benchmarking frameworks

Analyze and maintain pricing models
and monitor incentive programs
Conduct periodic pricing benchmarking and market analysis
Build and maintain structured reports and dashboards
Develop scalable pricing and incentive mechanisms
Partner cross-functionally to validate pricing proposals
Investigate pricing anomalies
and incentive program
Monitor changes in market conditions
regulatory requirements
Identify process improvement opportunities
Contribute to special projects and initiatives
