The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Pricing strategies affect everyday retails, promotional effectiveness, clearance management and competitive pricing. As a member of the Pricing & Promo team, you’ll focus on leading promotional offer strategy and effectiveness, and be a key business consultant to merchants developing relationships with Buyers, Sr. Buyers, and Divisionals. There is also a strong partnership with Marketing to bring offers to life for the Guest, as well as partnership with Store Operations, Finance and other important support areas.
