We are looking for a Pricing & Payments Manager to lead the Pricing, Incentives, Payments & Disputes function within Amazon's Last Mile Brazil organization. This role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of partner pricing models, incentive programs, payment accuracy, and dispute resolution across our Amazon Partner Logistics programs — EDSP (External Delivery Service Provider), AMPL (Amazon Partner Logistics), and AMXL (Amazon Extra Large). As a People Manager, you will lead and develop a team of specialists, set the strategic direction for pricing and payment mechanisms, build scalable processes, and drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to ensure partner economics are competitive, accurate, and sustainable. This position is based out of an Amazon corporate office and may require periodic travel.
