Develop pricing strategy for different market/customer/segment (+sweet and paint points)
Pricing evaluation process

# 1.Purpose * Develop and execute strategic pricing frameworks to maximize revenue, profit margins, and market competitiveness while aligning with business goals. # 2.Responsibilities and key activities * Develop data-driven pricing analysis platform and intelligence by collecting market price trends * Develop pricing strategy and DoA model for pricing excellence, include costing, pricing logic and predicted full chain profit * Develop pricing strategy for different market/customer/segment (+sweet and paint points). * Pricing evaluation process, validating pricing strategy/model/DoA implement business impact * Monitor pricing performance, conduct variance analysis, and adjust strategies to address market changes or performance gaps. * Present pricing recommendations and business cases to senior leadership for approval. * Establish pricing policies, guidelines, and tools to ensure consistency across channels and regions. * Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align pricing with go-to-market plans and inventory levels. * Build up BI tool for pricing analysis to support business decision. # 3.Performance measures To be successful on above Key Activities. # 4.Competence requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred). * 3-5+ years of pricing experience (e.g., pricing strategy, revenue management, market analysis) in a relevant industry. * Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools) and pricing software. _At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
