Full Job Description

To ensure optimal rate parity and distribution integrity across B2C channels by proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies, thereby safeguarding the accuracy and consistency of pricing and sales conditions. This role supports hotels through expert guidance and contributes to continuous improvement in distribution performance and compliance •Identify, investigate, and follow up on distribution discrepancies •Perform pricing and system consistency checks to ensure correct configuration of rates, sales conditions, and availability through audits, analysis, and corrective actions. •Monitor and safeguard rate parity and overall distribution health across B2C channels •Escalate rate parity and distribution issues to relevant teams and track corrective actions through to resolution. •Support hotels by providing guidance, recommendations, and best practices related to rate parity and distribution compliance. This might include webinars or any other format if needed. •Contribute to reporting and performance monitoring to drive continuous improvement. •Participate in internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives related to distribution integrity and pricing compliance. ## Qualifications •Hospitality management •Business oriented •RM / Pricing is a plus •Rigorous •Sensitive to details •Ability to work cross-functionally •Fluent English/French •Analytical and synthetic mind •Reactivity and proactivity
