What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5-8 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue operations, or a related function within a B2B SaaS or platform company, analytical capability, AI fluency, Commercial intuition, Pragmatic and execution-oriented, Clear communicator, Collaborative by default

Nice to Have

Management consulting, investment banking, and/or private equity/venture capital investing experience preferred

Partner closely with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal; Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Legal to develop scalable deal structures, pricing guardrails, and commercial policies; Work across Product, Product Marketing, and Finance on pricing for new product launches, expansions, and major commercial initiatives; Comfortable working across Sales, Product, Finance, and leadership to drive alignment

The Pricing & Commercial Growth Manager sits on the Commercial Pricing and Growth team and partners closely with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who combines analytical rigor with strong commercial instincts and wants to directly influence Flywire’s growth trajectory. This role will help shape how we price, package, and structure deals across Flywire
