Pricing Analyst, Senior **The Opportunity:** We are seeking a qualified professional to ensure compliance and excellence in proposal development for our organization. The candidate will play a critical role in reviewing and assessing price proposal inputs to meet regulatory and internal standards, while also collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality submissions and provide strategic pricing guidance. Review and validate proposal team inputs for compliance with government regulations, solicitation requirements, and internal company policies, to include the following. Ensure adherence to the Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act, formerly TINA, Certified Cost or Pricing Data, Cost Estimating System Manual (CESM), FAR, and CAS. Address any deviations as needed. Assess proposal inputs and documentation provided by proposal team members and advise on sufficiency to ensure compliance and alignment with requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as Contracts, Subcontracts, Small Business Offices, Program Business Support, Compliance, and HR—on specific proposals and portfolio processes. Engage collaboratively with client teams to provide strategic pricing guidance, ensuring the development of competitive and compliant pricing strategies for proposals.
