What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree in Economics, Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related, Fluent English and country language (Polish), 5–10 years of relevant professional experience, Proven experience in Market Access, Pricing, HEOR/HTA, Commercial, Finance, Advanced analytical skills, Track record in pricing strategy development, In-depth understanding of pricing methodologies, Solid knowledge of pricing governance frameworks, Excellent communication skills, Proven negotiation capability
Nice to Have
CFA charterholder preferred, Bloomberg proficiency preferred

Provide payer and market expertise
Shape pricing and contracting strategies

Support negotiations with payers and public authorities
Assess and communicate market
Ensure alignment with portfolio and access objectives
