High school diploma or GED required, mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills, Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and mechanical drawings, problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively within a team environment, organizational and communication skills, Must be self-motivated and capable of prioritizing work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, Ability to safely use standard maintenance tools and specialized repair equipment, Must provide own basic hand tools, including wrench and socket sets up to 1½ inches and equivalent metric sizes
Nice to Have
Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred, Experience working with industrial manufacturing equipment preferred, Basic welding and fabrication experience using TIG, MIG, and Stick welding equipment preferred
What You'll Do.
Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery
Replace or repair worn components
Read and interpret equipment manuals
and maintain machine components
Identify root causes of equipment failures
Assist outside contractors and vendors
Coordinate maintenance activities with management
Maintain accurate maintenance logs
Identify and source replacement parts
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain compliance with safety policies
Follow and support 5S and housekeeping standards
Safely operate maintenance equipment
Perform additional duties as assigned

Works closely with department managers, supervisors, and production teams; Coordinate maintenance activities with management and production teams; Assist outside contractors, vendors, and service technicians; Functioning effectively within a team environment
