What You'll Do.
pressure washing the high traffic areas of two locations per night
conducting Ad hoc washes
reporting any outdoor lighting maintenance or repairs needed via Service Channel
Completely pressure wash the sidewalk and front parking places of two store locations per night
Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing
Operate and maintain company provided hot water pressure washer
Wash the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM
Wash other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM
Responsible for the protection of fuel dispensers
and customer safety as related to the washing activities
Responsible for maintaining stock and installing normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable
Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock of pretreatment chemicals
