What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ year supervisory experience, Hands on supervisor position overseeing up to 30 employees, Must have exp. in implementing & maintaining Lean Manuf. practices, Must have exp. in implementing & maintaining 5S, Must have exp. in implementing & maintaining Just-in-time, Must have exp. in implementing & maintaining Production Reporting
Nice to Have
Auto industry experience preferred, At least two (2) years as machine operator preferred
What You'll Do.
Oversee department operations
Manage material usage
Ensure inventory accuracy
Arrange job line up to meet customer requirements
Consider available material
equipment and manpower
Review work orders with staff
Ensure staff is filling out forms correctly
Review work at every phase in the process
Complete daily attendance sheets
schedules with office
Ensure all plant activities are carried out in
Provide teaching and coaching
Ensure plant’s major objectives are met
Comply with Company Quality / Environmental System and
Comply with work instructions and policies
Oversee all operations as it pertains to manufacturing
Coordinate work daily schedule through manufacturing manager and
Handle disciplinary concerns in coordination with HR
Handle quality problems
Handle receiving problems
Handle shipping problems
Ensure incoming material is handled and labeled correctly
Ensure outgoing material is handled and labeled correctly

Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with HR; Coordinate with manufacturing manager; Coordinate with forepersons
