This position is ideal for a press operator with strong management skills and the flexibility to support multiple printing platforms. Operate and maintain Man-Roland sheetfed presses, willingness to learn and support flexographic printing operations. * Experience in running a 4-color (2/2) sheetfed presses, with a strong focus on maintaining print quality. This role will also require cross-training and support in our flexographic press department as needed. Ensure accurate color density and quality throughout the production runs. * The position is responsible to set up, adjust, operate, and maintain a number of press equipment * Perform all make-ready tasks associated with the type of press operated such as hanging plates or installing cylinders, examine plates/cylinders for imperfections and checks for correct positioning of images, prepping blankets, adjusting tension and register etc. * Performs routine maintenance and press checks * Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press, making minor repairs and replacing worn or broken parts as required * Dependable with good attendance and teamwork skills ## Qualifications * Proven experience in maintaining and operating Man-Roland sheetfed presses * Requires thorough knowledge of offset printing procedures, materials and specifications, equipment, and safety require
