Full Job Description
You’ll operate a hydraulic punch press (60–400 tons) to produce OEM components through blanking, piercing, and forming operations. This is hands-on work where you’ll load raw material or in-process parts, run jobs, and verify parts meet requirements. Quality starts with raw material and continues through each operation. Your role is to catch anything that doesn’t meet requirements at the press before it moves forward. You’ll be trained on setups, and different job runs so you can operate independently once the press is running. The focus is steady production, attention to detail, and keeping issues from moving downstream. **Shifts Available:** * Shift 16: 3:00pm – 1:00am, Monday – Thursday (+$1.25/hour shift differential) * Shift 21: 6:00am – 6:00pm, Friday – Sunday (+$3.50/hour shift differential) **Starting Rate of Pay:** * $19.25 per hour base rate.
