The Production department is responsible for the fabrication of raw materials as needed to manufacture quality Mission Critical Group products in a timely manner. The overall objective of the Press Break Operator 1 position is to engage in all activities concerned with producing parts by operating a CNC machine and ensure that jobs are completed and shipped as scheduled while meeting our quality standards. Consistent and accurate modeling and representing the Mission Critical Group brand, mission, vision, values and organizational strategy are essential to achieving the goals of the organization. Accountabilities * Support the effort to be a best-in-class manufacturer through the fabrication of high-quality products that exceed our clients’ expectations by operating either the Punch Press or Break Press machines to cut holes or bend materials as needed for the fabrication of our products. This includes the following: * Retrieving the punch list, parts list, and applicable CNC programs to create parts as needed per job. * Loc
