What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years Press Brake Operator experience, Experience operating Accurpress machinery, Ability to read blueprints, Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, Ability to perform basic machine setup, Mechanical aptitude, Problem-solving skills, Excellent attention to detail, Ability to work independently, Ability to work as part of a team, Excellent communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures, Basic computer skills
Nice to Have
Experience with specific press brake control systems, Forklift certification, Vocational training in metal fabrication
What You'll Do.
Set up and operate press brake machinery
Make necessary adjustments
Measure and inspect finished parts
Monitor machine operation
Make necessary adjustments to maintain quality
Perform routine maintenance on press brake
Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions
Report complex issues to maintenance
Adhere to all safety procedures
Use personal protective equipment
Maintain a clean work area
Complete production records and reports
Collaborate with team members
Ensure efficient workflow
Meet production deadlines
Train less experienced operators
Assist less experienced operators
Perform other duties as assigned
