Must Have
Proven experience in corporate development, business development, general management, strategy, or regional leadership., understanding of the Argentina and/or LATAM business environment., Experience working with international companies or global stakeholders., Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders., commercial mindset and strategic thinking., Hands-on approach with the ability to operate in a fast-changing environment., Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., Experience managing cross-functional projects and senior-level initiatives., Fluent English and Spanish are required.
Nice to Have
network across business, education, technology, government, or investment ecosystems would be a plus., Experience in EdTech, technology, education, venture capital, consulting, or innovation ecosystems., Experience launching or scaling a business in a new region., Previous exposure to M&A, partnerships, investments, or institutional relations.
