Must Have
5+ years of senior leadership experience (VP-level or above) in a technology or software company, Demonstrated P&L ownership and accountability for financial performance of a business unit or company, Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly vertical market software serving niche industries, financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and performance-based analysis, Track record of driving modern technology practices and innovation within product organizations, Demonstrated experience leading AI adoption initiatives, including implementing AI-enhanced development practices, automating workflows, or integrating AI capabilities into products or operations, Knowledge of SaaS financial services and / or payments monetization, Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Nice to Have
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline, Domain knowledge in camp management, recreation, outdoor education, or hospitality technology sectors a plus
