Position: President Reports To: CEO Employment Type: Full-Time Company Type: Privately Owned Mechanical Contractor (Plumbing, HVAC, Hydronics) Position Purpose The President of Wiehler Mechanical is responsible for leading the company in a way that reflects who we are and how we work. This role is about more than performance; it is about building a company where people take pride in their work, support one another, and are accountable to the commitments they make. Reporting to the CEO, the President is responsible for executing company strategy across all divisions, including Production Plumbing, Production HVAC, Custom Homes Plumbing, Custom Homes HVAC, Commercial Mechanical, and Service. Success in this role means delivering strong operational and financial results while protecting and strengthening the culture that makes Wiehler Mechanical what it is.
