What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work for at least 2 years, Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop) and Google Slides, Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Creative mindset with a understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout), Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, Excellent Slovak/Czech communication skills, Advanced communication in English

Nice to Have

Adobe InDesign, Adobe Lightroom, Illustrator, Canva, Figma

What You'll Do.

Prepare and edit presentations and slide decks

Create simple marketing materials

Design leaflets for recruitment events

Maintain and update design templates

Prepare files for web or print

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaboration with marketing, HR and sales teams on day-to-day design needs

Communication Scope

Excellent communication; Advanced communication in English; Excellent Slovak/Czech communication skills

Process & Methodology
