Our Pre-K Teachers play an essential role in preparing children for long-term academic success through engaging curriculum, strong classroom leadership, and warm, responsive interactions with children and families. We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about early childhood education and child development Experienced in preschool or pre-kindergarten classroom leadership Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Warm, patient, and genuinely caring with children and families Knowledgeable in developmentally appropriate classroom practices and Massachusetts EEC regulations ## What You'll Do Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging preschool classroom environment. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and learning activities aligned with Massachusetts EEC guidelines and best practices in early childhood education. Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development through hands-on learning experiences. Foster kindergarten readiness by encouraging early literacy, math, science, and critical-thinking skills. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
