Must Have
Minimum 1+ year of experience in teaching or early childhood education, passion for teaching and working with young children, Solid understanding of preschool curriculum, child psychology, and developmental milestones, Ability to mentor and guide teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons, Excellent communication skills to interact with parents, staff, and children, organizational and multitasking abilities to manage both academic and operational responsibilities, Patient, empathetic, and approachable personality with a child-centric mindset, Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment, Willingness to take ownership and drive continuous improvement in teaching standards

What You'll Do.
Lead and oversee all preschool operations
and child-friendly environment
Drive high standards of teaching by mentoring educators and actively participating in classroom planning and delivery
Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and teaching methodologies
Monitor classroom practices to ensure effective learning outcomes and child engagement
Train and support teachers in modern teaching techniques
and student interaction
Ensure a balance between structured learning and play-based activities for holistic child development
Build relationships with parents through regular communication
and engagement initiatives
and compliance with educational and operational standards
and overall school administration
Continuously improve teaching quality through observations
and training programs
