Full Job Description

**Requirements** **Experience** * 10–15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics consulting, including a minimum of 4 years in a Presales, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Solution Consulting role. * Proven track record of leading solution design, client discovery workshops, and executive-level presentations for complex ERP transformation projects. **Microsoft Dynamics ERP Expertise** * Strong expertise across both **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)** and **Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)**. * Ability to assess business requirements and recommend the most suitable ERP platform based on organizational size, operational complexity, industry needs, scalability requirements, and budget considerations. * Deep understanding of ERP best practices, business processes, and digital transformation initiatives. **Microsoft Technology Stack** * Hands-on experience with the **Microsoft Power Platform** , including: * **Power Apps** for application extensions and custom solutions * **Power Automate** for workflow automation and process optimization * **Power BI** for advanced reporting, analytics, and ERP data visualization * Strong knowledge of integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure services, APIs, OData, and related technologies. **Licensing & Commercial Expertise** * In-depth knowledge of the **Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide** , including licensing models, user types, and cost optimization strategies. * Experience advising clients on migration and transition pricing from legacy Microsoft ERP platforms such as **Dynamics NAV** and **Dynamics AX** to cloud-based Dynamics 365 solutions. **Stakeholder Management & Communication** * Exceptional executive presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong "boardroom presence" with the ability to translate topics such as integrations, customizations, architecture decisions, and im
