What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of experience in Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms, Understanding of the general architecture of digital marketing solutions (data, segmentation, activation, channels), Ability to connect business needs with technological solutions, Consultative profile with communication and presentation skills, Functional knowledge of customer journeys, personalization, and omnichannel strategies, Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (business, technical, sales), High level of client interaction, High level of English

Collaborate with sales teams in pre-sales processes

Design high-level solutions (functional architecture) aligned with client objectives
Explain technical capabilities clearly and understandably to non-technical audiences
adapting the discourse to the interlocutor
Evaluate different scenarios and recommend the best solution based on complexity
Stay updated on the capabilities and evolution of Salesforce marketing platforms
