What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluent in Swedish and English, Engineering or University degree or extensive experience in designing and supporting complex enterprise networks, At least 3-6 years’ experience on the Solution Architect/System Engineer/Presales role, mainly acquired with a manufacturer and/or an integrator, Excellent in communication, presentation and negotiation, Able to understand technical innovations and trends, customer value chains and business requirements
Nice to Have
Acquire at least one Expert certification, Good knowledge on HPE networking latest technologies and solutions, as well as competitive solutions
What You'll Do.
Partnering with account managers to support deals technically
Leading product demos
and proof-of-concepts
Designing network architectures (campus
Explaining how solutions improve performance
security and cost efficiency
Staying current on trends like AI-driven networking and zero trust security
Maintain excellent communications with customers and partners in assigned customer or expertise area
Represents HPE Networking as a technical expert in customer and partner meetings
forums or other events
Drives opportunities with effective consultative techniques
Builds customer loyalty through becoming a trusted advisor
Building a technical expertise within certain areas of the HPE Networking portfolio
Develop a good understanding of the overall HPE Networking portfolio
Adapt proposal and design to customer requirements
Establishes the validity of a solution and its components
Identifies the growth path and scalability options of a solution for long term architectural positioning
Articulate and clarify key aspects to implementation plans and setting expectations
How You'll Work.

Partnering with others in the account team to ensure customer satisfaction; Actively supports the account team with solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications; Analyzes and provides support to deals in the pipeline where needed; Transfers knowledge to peers via mentoring and actively participation in education programs; Understands the roles and effectively engages other teams and resources within the company and partners; Facilitates a smooth transition from sales to implementation projects and design
