The Pre-Sales Engineer – Cyber Security is responsible for engaging prospective customers, articulating the value of CT’s cyber security solutions, and winning new business. Operating at the intersection of sales and technical expertise, this role meets with prospective customers to understand their security challenges, demonstrates how CT’s solutions meet their requirements, and helps customers see the value in our offerings. This role requires Australian Citizenship due to security clearances. **Requirements** **What you'll do:** * Meet with prospective customers to understand their security posture, business challenges, and requirements. * Present and demonstrate CT’s cyber security solutions, articulating both technical capability and business value. * Build conviction that CT’s solutions meet customer requirements and act as a trusted technical advisor to technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Partner with the sales team to discover, qualify, and develop opportunities, supporting discovery sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and solution validation activities. * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the cyber security portfolio and maintain a shared view of the pipeline to maximise win rates. * Lead the technical response to RFP, RFQ, and tender opportunities, producing structured, compliant, and persuasive submissions. * Map solutions to customer requirements, evaluation criteria, and relevant frameworks (e.g. Essential 8, ISO 27001, NIST). * Collaborate
