What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in a technical role supporting software or SaaS solutions, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, Foundational understanding of cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure), APIs, and software architecture principles, including microservices and modern programming languages, Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and think critically when evaluating technical options and client needs, Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and supporting senior team members in delivering high-impact demos and technical presentations, Eagerness to learn about new technologies, customer industries, and best practices in presales and solution design
Nice to Have
presales, technical consulting, or support roles preferred, Experience with SaaS platforms or enterprise software is preferred, Interest in or basic knowledge of regulated industries such as utilities, healthcare, or financial services. (Prior experience is a bonus but not required.)

In this role, you’ll help bring our SaaS solutions to life for prospective customers by delivering compelling product demonstrations, configuring solutions to fit client needs, and supporting the technical aspects of the sales cycle. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, translating business needs into technical solutions, and who is experienced at working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams. You’ll gain exposure to complex enterprise deals while building expertise in cloud communications and compliance-driven platforms.
