Full Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Pre-sales Engineer to join our fantastic sales team. Responsibilities include conducting market research and analyzing trends, performing product presentation and demonstrations to staff and customers, gathering feedback, and offering recommendations to client. You may also be tasked with facilitating training sessions To be successful as a Pre-sales Engineer, you must have a passion for the products you work with and keep expanding product knowledge. Outstanding Pre-sales should have a keen eye for spotting market trends, a willingness to inspire clients, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. **Pre-sales Engineer Responsibilities:** * Conducting thorough market research, which may include doing desktop research and even attending product launches of rival companies. Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders. * Answering all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly. * Collaborating and strategizing with the business, data sciences and engineering teams. * Attending workshops and refresher courses in sales and marketing. * Performing product presentations, demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders. * Assisting with the development of business plans. * Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue. * Support Sales on cost reviewing and coordinate internally with Data and Development team for project cost estimation * Cover technical related topics and task for Sales activities * Responsible for Sales related document tasks i.e. Proposal, Comply table, Certificates, and other related document **Requirements** * At least 5 years experience in as pre-sales in Technical IT Product is a must. * Proven track of market research and analysis experience. * Ability to memorize details like product specifications. * Strong communication and presentation skills.
