Maintain grant records
Manage a portfolio of assigned subrecipients/project leads
Develop state guidance to supplement federal guidance
Facilitate applications from state and local government entities
Review and process various grant documents
Perform duties in compliance with applicable state policies
Assist with continuous development

About the Administration Section: The purpose of the Administration Section is to provide effective and efficient support functions for the Division and external customers. These functions include Accounts Payable, Budget, Human Resources, Information Technology, Applications Development/GIS, Preparedness Grants, Compliance, and the Responder Assistance Initiative. About the Position: This Grants Administrator position will have primary responsibility for management of federal and state non-disaster preparedness grant programs, to include assisting with: grant applications, recipient/sub-recipient awards, processing cost reports/requests for reimbursement, monitoring recipients/sub-recipients, grant reporting, grant closeout, grant data entry, and maintaining grant records.
