Dit is waar jij in beeld komt! * At ERIKS in Alkmaar, we are looking for a precise and technically interested employee for our Sealing & Polymer department. You will work in a dynamic team where quality and precision are central. In this role, you are responsible for both Prep and Finish. During Prep, you clean metal parts with special fluids, sandblast parts to prepare the surface, clean again, and bond with a primer. In Finish, you ice blast products as the final step of the process. You work closely with your colleagues to ensure that each product is ready for the next step in the process. ## ## We offer * Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday in day shift from 07:30 to 16:00 or 08:00 to 16:30; • Gross hourly wage of €15.75; • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer; • 8% holiday pay paid in May; • Good guidance and onboarding process; • Growth and training opportunities; • Pleasant working atmosphere and nice colleagues. ## We ask * You have a calm and focused character; • You work accurately and precisely; • You are physically strong and accustomed to working with products up to approximately 30 kg; • You communicate clearly when you encounter something; • You have a technical affinity; experience in, for example, ICT, jewelry work, or metalworking/surface treatment is a plus; • You are a team player but can also work well independently; • You are proficient in Dutch and/or English. ## ## Any questions?
