What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in a financial services organization demonstrating knowledge of banking products, associated services, pricing strategies, and profitability management., Advanced understanding of deposit, loan (including mortgage) and banking products and practices, cash flow analysis, lending process and directives, credit risk policies and standards, supporting processes, applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and Bank policies., In-depth understanding of brokerage and insurance products., In-depth knowledge of business services, including retirement plans, business banking solutions, insurance, and succession planning., In-depth understanding of personal trust and investment management., In-depth knowledge of client portfolio management., Intermediate level of proficiency: Financial Needs Discovery, Intermediate level of proficiency: Product & Solution Design, Intermediate level of proficiency: Investment, Insurance & Advisory Products, Advanced level of proficiency: Deposit & Cash Management, Advanced level of proficiency: Lending & Credit, Advanced level of proficiency: Prospecting & Acquisition, Advanced level of proficiency: Sales Strategy & Execution, Advanced level of proficiency: Advisory & Communication, Advanced level of proficiency: Client Onboarding, Experience & Retention, Advanced level of proficiency: Portfolio & Relationship Management, Advanced level of proficiency: Risk & Compliance, Advanced level of proficiency: Learning Agility, Advanced level of proficiency: Collaboration, Federal registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
