What You'll Do.
Conduct routine condition monitoring activities including vibration checks
thermal imaging scans
and visual inspections of mechanical and electrical equipment to detect early signs of wear
or performance degradation
Collect and accurately record equipment performance data using handheld diagnostic tools
and software systems while ensuring data quality and consistency for analysis and trending purposes
Support troubleshooting efforts by identifying early warning signs of mechanical or electrical issues such as abnormal vibrations
temperature variations
or performance anomalies
then communicating findings to senior technicians and supervisors
Follow established maintenance procedures
and standard operating practices while performing inspections and data collection activities across facility equipment including motors
and production machinery
Maintain accurate records of inspections
and equipment history using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to support maintenance planning and reliability analysis
