Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related equivalent experience may be considered., Proficiency in scheduling software, specifically Primavera P6, knowledge of Microsoft Project, understanding of preconstruction and construction sequencing, work breakdown structures, critical path method (CPM), best scheduling practices, Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, other reporting tools for KPI tracking and dashboard creation, Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
7+ years of experience in project scheduling, at least 3 years in a senior or lead role, Experience working in fast-paced, high-tech environments with aggressive timeliness, PMP, AACE PSP, PMI-SP, or equivalent certification is a plus, Data Center, or relatable mission critical sector construction experience is required.
