We are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to support some of the most innovative, complex, and large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in the country. This role will be instrumental in delivering RMCI’s first-generation programs as a General Contractor within hyperscale and enterprise data center environments. The Preconstruction Manager provides leadership, structure, and technical expertise across all preconstruction activities at RMCI. Working closely with the Chief Estimator, this role ensures that project pursuits, design development, cost modeling, and early‑phase planning are executed with accuracy, clarity, and strategic intent. Responsibilities Design Management experience with Bluebeam, Building Connected, and estimating software preferred. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple pursuits in a fast‑paced environment. Experience mentoring or overseeing junior team members.
