Acting as the primary preconstruction lead, this role partners closely with owners, architects, engineers, estimators, and internal teams to deliver projects aligned with client goals for cost, schedule, quality, and constructability. This position focuses on strong execution, proactive risk management, and seamless transition into construction. Key Responsibilities Lead the Preconstruction Process Develop and execute detailed preconstruction work plans in partnership with the Director of Preconstruction and Project Executives Serve as the primary point of contact during the design phase Lead preconstruction meetings and coordinate internal and external stakeholders Provide cost, scheduling, logistics, risk mitigation, coordination, and constructability guidance
