What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of construction experience, subcontractor procurement, on-site project management functions, Read and understand construction, installation, and I&C documents: details and drawings, Experience working on large commercial projects (both greenfield and brownfield/renovations), Demonstrated ability to work effectively and meet tight deadlines, Demonstrated ability to understand project schedules, Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects, Demonstrated ability to work in teams and gather subcontractor input for optimizing project performance, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Procore & Project), A Bachelor of Science in construction management or related field
Nice to Have
Experience with light industrial / manufacturing projects in, Food & Beverage or Life Sciences space, OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification
