About the Role The Pre-Construction Director is responsible for the Project Management of all Pre-Construction activities required to deliver a data center to an agreed RFS completion date and within an agreed CAPEX budget from market identification until contract execution. The Pre-Construction Director must have a clear understanding of all risks that can threaten the predictability of the CAPEX budget and RFS date and will be responsible for the management of risk from market identification of any site until contract execution with all Key Vendors required to deliver any project. The Pre-Construction Director will be part of the agreement and implementation of the overall contract strategy and will feed this strategy and the identified risks with potential mitigations into the procurement strategy for the project This role will support the process of supplier selection through the PQQ/RFI all interested parties, regardless of nationality, race, ethnicity, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender, are welcome to apply.
