Full Job Description

What You’ll Do (We’ll Train You) * Learn to work from drawings and written work instructions, with step-by-step guidance and support from experienced teammates. * Assist with machine set-ups and operating conditions, learning how equipment works and when to ask for help—we encourage questions. * Help maintain quality and productivity standards, making simple adjustments as you build confidence and skills. * Inspect parts using basic measuring tools (such as micrometers and verniers) and visual checks—training is provided. * Perform visual inspections to check part and weld quality, and learn when additional inspection is needed. * Learn how we use quality tools and data (including SPC) to prevent issues and continuously improve our processes. * Use basic computer systems to record work and labor time, with hands-on training provided. ## Qualifications This may be the right role for you if: * You have a high school diploma or equivalent GED * You want steady, hands-on work and are eager to learn * You have a mechanical mindset and enjoy working with your hands * You have a knack for paying attention to details * You have prior manufacturing, mechanical, assembly, automotive, or technical experience (helpful, but not required) ## Additional Information Why Work Here?
