What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years experience in presales roles, 5+ years in presales leadership, Experience in designing and executing transformational programs to drive performance in teams, An understanding of the entire sales cycle, from market research through to contract signing, Outstanding presentation abilities, Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task, Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

Wealth or Retirement market experience, Knowledge of Tiled, Synthesia, and Coast

What You'll Do.

Lead a Pre-Sales team through all phases of the sales process from initial qualification through to account management

Develop and execute a strategy for consistent and repeatable high quality sales engagements

Manage the rollout of new technologies across your team – ensuring consistent output and adoption of assets in the field.

Support career development and individual progression for team members

Engage with the product management

professional services

support and development organizations to support go to market activities and strategy

Track and report team activities to showcase successes

Support broader sales and product initiatives

Develop the team to meet presales excellence standards

Participate in the broader presales leadership team to define best practice and support sales expansion

Work closely with lines of business and sales leadership to help develop our sales and GTM strategy

Roll out new technologies across the team to improve client engagement and interactions

Developing strategies to improve solution presentation and efficiencies within the team
